Girl going gardening

This girl posed as if to go play in the garden. She has a painted bucket and a T handled toy garden spade.

Gold Locket, Single Portrait

This monogrammed "SH" and chased locket opens to show a photograph of a woman surrounded by a coil of her brown hair. The reverse of the locket is plain.

Double Portrait Locket

This rather thick and heavy gold locket has engraved enamelwork on the front and floral engraving on the back. It opens to show two photographs.

Mourning Locket

This thick gold locket probably originally stored a painted portrait, or more likely, some braided or woven hair under a glass or crystal cover. The roman numerals may represent a date (February 5, 1820). The monogram enameled into the front of the locket shows that this was made for a particular person. There is no hallmark, suggesting that this is not English. Late Georgian era.

Sardonyx Cameo, Lady with Long Neck

This lady displays her long and graceful neck on this pendant.

Cameo and Pinchbeck Locket

This appears to be a sardonyx cameo mounted in a pinchbeck locket. Red and green glass artificial gems enliven the front. The back is elaborately engraved.
